A difficulty nerf ROM hack of Dick Tracy for the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis.

You start with 5 lives, up from 3 lives.
The time limit is increased from 3-4 minutes to 8 minutes.
Infinite Continues
At the options menu, the credit selection is changed to a color selection where you can choose from two new colors for Dick Tracy.
Dick Tracy walks faster and jumps farther.
Dick Tracy’s starting HP is unified across all difficulty settings.
Dick Tracy can move on the ground while shooting.
You don’t take extra damage from bullets.
While the game is paused, you can press A to restore your whole lifebar. It costs a minute on the time limit.
Certain enemies shoot slower.
Bosses receive nearly twice as much damage to reduce the tedium in defeating them.
