I think it's fun anyway, and it includes some pictures of my very cute dog (she hates bunnies). Plus it's a danmaku on Genesis/Mega Drive which is neat.
Instructions:
Your goal is to rescue all four dogs by delivering them to the giant doggy door. Maneuver your balloon by pressing Left, Right, and C. When you reach a kennel, drop a rock on it with B, and rescue the dog it contained. Bring the dog back to the door, land, and repeat the process until you've rescued all the cute canines from the evil rabbits!
Your hitbox is the basket, so avoid letting your basket touch any bullets.

(from mijet website) Battle Mania, which was originally released in the West as Trouble Shooter, was developed by Studio Uchuu Tetsujin (Space Ironmen) for the Sega Genesis/MegaDrive and published by Vic Tokai. Its sequel, Battle Mania Daiginjou, was never released outside of Japan, which is unfortunate as it is one of the best shooters on that system. It combines somewhat novel gameplay with quirky humor and some decent action.
History
This was initially released as a bonus in the King Colossus archive. Now, it has been formally released as a stand-alone translation patch, along with a few trivial changes from the version included with the King Colossus patch.
Overview
This patch is contained within two different IPS files, but the only differences between the two are the default script and font to use if none are selected by the user. That's correct; it is possible to select the desired script and font by holding down certain combinations of buttons prior to the Sega logo appearing. See the included documentation for more details.

Diamonds
Don't let the citizens steal them! If all of the gems get stolen, it’s game over! As levels progress, you start getting less diamonds to protect, making your mission harder.
Pulzerions and Warp Pads
Chase moves on top of an invisible grid. If you’re standing still or snapped to the grid while moving, you’ll be able to place a Pulzerion. These devices explode soon after you place them, leaving Warp Pads on the ground. When stepping on a Warp Pad, walking citizens teleport to your spawn point and become running citizens, which teleport to the Safe Zone instead. Once they enter the Safe Zone, they’re no longer a threat. If you step on your own Warp Pads or a citizen touches you, you lose an attempt. Warp Pads stay on screen for a limited amount of time. You can only place a Pulzerion if there are no Warp Pads on screen.
Attempts and Level Tokens
On each game of Chase and the Gurgloos, you start with three attemps. As mentioned in the previous section of this guide, certain events or conditions can make you lose an attempt. If all of the diamonds get stolen or you lose all three attempts, you’ll be taken to the game over screen. On this screen, you’re allowed to continue in exchange for a Level Token. This currency refills once you move to the next maze, so there are always three Tokens per level. Using a level token restores all of your attempts, but clearing a maze doesn’t.

This is a patch for Contra Hard Corps (U) for the Sega Genesis. In the version of the game that was originally released in Japan, it was possible to take three hits before dying. For unknown reasons, this functionality was removed when the game was released in the US, making the game vastly more difficult in the process. This patch restores the ability to take three hits, complete with the life bar. In addition, this patch does the following: Restores the three cheat codes that were also present in the Japanese version but removed from the US version. (Note, however, that unlike the Japanese version, these codes are entered on controller ONE.) Up to ten lives can be selected in the menu. (The default is three.) Player 1 and Player 2 can now select the same character. A new code is available that takes you to the game’s debug level! Press Left, Right, Left, Right, A, B, C, B, A, Up Down. Note this patch can be applied on top of M.I.J.E.T. Enhancement Hack, however the check will need to be manually corrected prior to being playable. Nemesis_c has created a bat file to fix the checksum for you Contra superpatcher.

Nearly all of the dialogue was removed, and what little remained was changed. Furthermore, many of the graphics were modified and this already challenging game had its difficulty level pumped up significantly. This is a complete English translation of the Japanese Mega Drive version of Dynamite Headdy. It will only work with the Japanese versions, not the beta or USA/european versions. This hack introduces a variety of improvements and a brand-new gameplay mode, all accessible via the options menu.
Remix Mode features individual weapon levelling, a redesigned HUD, a more forgiving power-down system after death, and the ability to restart a stage with the power-ups and score retained from the previous clear. Shield pickups are now stored and can be activated manually for better strategic control.
The mini-game has been updated to grant credits and unlock up to three cheats based on score.

Finally, the hack adds a speed cycle function for 3-button controllers and full directional weapon and speed control for 6-button controllers.

This game, like many multiplatform games of the 90s that appeared on both Genesis and SNES, runs in H32 mode, or 256 pixel width (which is the SNES width). Genesis games can also run in H40, 320 pixel width, and they usually do. This hack makes the game run the gameplay scenes in H40, or 320 pixel width.
This took a huge amount of reverse engineering. The things I needed to do were:
turn ON H40 mode at the beginning of gameplay (injection)
turn ON H32 mode at the end of gameplay (lost all lives, beat the boss, end of attract mode demo)
change the tiles to load in earlier when scrolling
change the sprites to load in earlier when scrolling

Lyle in Cube Sector is a freeware metroid-esque game for the PC from 2006. It looked like an NES game before that was what all the hip kids were doing. The original game was created by Nic DeStefano (bogosoft) and is being ported to Sega hardware over a decade later by Michael Moffitt (mikejmoffitt). The original game's style suits the system perfectly, so the conversion is a near 1:1 replica of the original game. The soundtrack has been rearranged to fit on the Genesis's FM synth hardware, and the graphics are nearly indistinguishable from the original.

The Game

We set out to localize all 4 games by replacing the Japanese menus and dialog with English and gave the Caddies a new script. We converted wind speed from meters to MPH. We modified the power meter so it Oscillates. We also ensured every play mode and feature was available across all 4 games, delivering a consistent and complete experience.
This is a completely new localization of Pebble Beach Golf course for the Sega Mega Drive with exciting new features not found in any other release.

A “build custom club sets” option that was previously hidden.

The game was in development for the Genesis and the Sega CD, with the Sega CD version far enough along in its development to have review copies to be distributed to multiple magazines. The prototype featured Sonic and Tails joined by an elastic band of energy; the name likely comes from clackers, a toy comprising two balls connected by string. When it became clear that the Genesis was starting to come to the end of its lifespan, and other Sega platforms lacked software, development moved to the Sega 32X platform, where it was reworked into Knuckles' Chaotix (1995) and featured other characters from within the series. A limited, rough playable build of the Sonic Crackers prototype leaked onto the internet in 1996.

Speedrun Tower is set in a building with a confusing elevator system. The connections between floors are randomized at the start. So the elevators on the first floor might go to the fifth and ninth. The fifth and ninth floors will have elevators connecting back to the first. They will also have two other elevators with randomized connections to other floors. There is a guaranteed path that visits every floor.
Your goal is to reach the top floor and talk to your co-workers in the fewest steps possible. Unless of course your goal is to visit every floor or view every event in the fewest steps possible. There are four endings based on what things you did.
This demo was also an excuse to try different approaches for achieving pseudorandomness on the Sega Genesis.

The highlight is the addition of a revamped control scheme, selectable from the game’s Control Options menu. Players can now choose between the Original and Revamped setups:
Original retains the classic isometric controls, where pressing up, down, left, or right moves Spot diagonally forward relative to the 3D space.
Revamped makes movement more intuitive, moving Spot directly in the direction pressed on the controller — up moves up, left moves left, and so on, making exploration and platforming much more accessible.
In addition, the hack introduces SRAM support, saving the last password earned after clearing a stage, making resuming the game after a reset a lot faster.
Finally, the game’s region lock has been disabled, meaning players can now enjoy Spot Goes to Hollywood on hardware from any region without issue.

On real hardware it’s possible to execute code from the sega-cd registers area without ram refreshing effect to see real clock speed.
This test shows: Main-cpu M68000 cycles per second, Z80, Sub-cpu 68000 if sega-cd is connected, and for gfx asic pixels per second approximately. Shows 68010 for modded with 68010 cpu consoles.
Test counts for real cycles, but maybe not 100% accurate +- for several 10’s Hz. If you know the difference with the real frequency, you can try to send me a message.

Project Ark is a point & click science fiction horror adventure game project for SEGA MegaDrive, intended as a vertical slice concept at this time.
SEGA MegaDrive was chosen as there are few games of this type on that system, and felt interesting to do something a little different.
Scenario
The Y.C.V. ECHO, with its crew of Yutani engineers—Willows, Marsson, Moss, and Hirsch—is waylaid while building a much-needed communication relay in the Epsilon Eridani star system, when they encounter a colossal space-faring entity that has traveled from the darkest corner of the void.
Intercepted by another ship, the D.S.E.V. LEVENE, with additional members—Clark, Burns, Ellis, Garland, and Song—under company orders the crews reluctantly join together to investigate, only to uncover unimaginable horrors, and the alien ship’s true intention.
An original story inspired heavily by the Alien series universe. As this is a fan-work, not officially licensed, some of the names and scenario may need to change.

The project is split up into two main areas: A first-person onboarding sequence/cutscene, and a traditional point & click adventure style third-person experience.
The later intention is that the majority of the main game will be played in a point & click adventure, with exploration and puzzle solving, with first person narrative sections needed to traverse sections of various ships, an emphasising the feeling of claustrophobia.
At this time the first narrative segment is complete and provided in the form of a demo.
An emulator or other means of running MegaDrive/Genesis ROMs is needed.

Taking place in the fantasy world of Alpherion, the players take control of young apprentice magician Saria on a journey to rescue the great wizards of her land from their captivity and recover the powerful gemstones from the dark sorcerer Gadou and his followers before the demonic king of darkness, Kaiser Demon, is summoned and brings chaos to both the land of Alpherion and the world. Its gameplay mainly consists of run and gun action mixed with minimal exploration elements, using a main three-button configuration.
Despite being exclusive to Japan, Twinkle Tale received generally positive reception from critics who reviewed it as an import title since its release and was commended for the detailed presentation, colorful visuals, gameplay and replay value but some of the reviewers felt divided in regards to the music and sound design. In recent years, the title has since become an expensive collector's item and one of the rarest in the Mega Drive library, leading it to fetch high prices in the secondary video game collecting market.[6] The game has never been officially released outside Japan, although fan translations exist.[6]

(from mijet website) Another victim of localization was Langrisser, at least graphically. When it became Warsong, Treco redid a few of the character portraits. Not really a big deal, and some might even prefer the changes, but this patch will revert the graphics anyway.
