The Phantasy Star Complete Collection released for the PlayStation 2 in 2008 featured the addition of a difficulty slider to all four Phantasy Star games. This patch simply duplicates the behavior of the easiest setting in that version of the game, multiplying all EXP and meseta gains from battles by 4.
