Part of a much greater effort of games. What if ? That was the first thing that came to mind. What if this version was a full blown shootem'up ? Known for having some of the best shootem'ups of its era, the Genesis ( Or megadrive, as it was known back in europe and the rest of the world ) was a powerhouse when it came to this type of game. So how can I NOT make this version of the game, based on that alone? All stages (and some exclusive ones...) enemies, bosses, new weapons, new soundtrack and powerups, but from a different perspective! Inspired from the likes of life force, R-Type and UN Squadron, this is my one little guilty pleasure in this list...You will need an emulator for genesis/megadrive like Blastem to play this rom. , Runs great on Mister and Emulation Station!Controls :Xbox type controller:DPad : Move ShipX : ShootA : Change shooting directionActual Sega Genesis:DPad : Move ShipA : ShootB : Change shooting direction If there is one thing many great games have in common, its that they have a great soundtrack.
