This is a hack that adds Torami Hojo from the Asuka 120% Burning Fest series to Streets of Rage 2.Torami replaces Axel in this hack, and most of her moves are more or less equivalent. Hitboxes, damage, and sound effects have all been changed accordingly.This hack is confirmed working on Kega Fusion, Blastem, and at least two real Genesis consoles.Notes:Grand Upper replacement (Sou Ryuu Ken) is very overpowered.Dragon Smash replacement (Tobi Hiza Kakato Otoshi) does not yet move forward.Pipe/Katana animation is a bit wonky.Jump fwd kick has missing outlines, due to being a direct rip from the FM Towns entry “Excellent”.Occasionally, there is a bug in which the character sprite will be partially replaced with black squares. It only happens momentarily and has thus far only been observed on console.
