Development started in 1993, and the game was entirely completed, but its release was cancelled after publisher Virgin Interactive failed to get the rights to release a game from the franchise. A finished version of the game leaked onto the internet in 2020, while one of its developers put it up on Itch.io for download in 2023.[295]
